Weesun Energy is a professional manufacturer and sales of AGM&GEL lead acid battery and LifePO4 battery,located in Jiangxi lead acid battery production base and Guangzhou LifePO4 battery base. Our main products include motorcycle batteries,UPS battery, car battery, electric vehicle battery covers 4v series 6v series and 12v series with more than two hundred varieties and specifications. 


Weesun Energy started to produce  AGM&GEL lead acid battery since 2007, and introduced the world's leading automated assembly welding, auto wrapping machines, other equipments with production Capacity of 2 million pieces battery per year.Weesun has passed the 1S09001 1SO14001 quality certification and the Ul CE certification since 2010.


Weesun Energy started to produce LifePO4 battery since 2019, and introduced Four automated assembly line with production Capacity of 1 million units battery per year and rewarded the China Quality Credit Enterprise (AAA ).

    a) Raw material control


       Weesun only work with enterprices who passed ISO9001,ISO14001 and the Enterprise credit rating must be above AAA.We also have strickly inpection processes on any raw materials to make sure safe quality.


  b) Quality Control

         b1. QC in workshop
                Ten supevisors will keep an eye on raw matrials warehoused,battery assembly,battery charging and discharging,battery testing to make sure all battery meet quality. 
         b2. QC in packaging
                Workers must make sure whether the printing or carton design keep the same as customers all requirements before making packaging.

  d) Quality complains

      If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
