The battery case is made of high-strength ABS engineering plastic, manufactured through a one-shot injection molding process, resulting in uniform thickness and seamless construction. It exhibits excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, and cold resistance, capable of operating stably in extreme environments ranging from -20℃ to 60℃, whether subjected to intense summer sunlight or severe winter cold. In terms of sealing structure, it adopts a 'double sealing + explosion-proof safety valve' design. The interface between the case and the terminal posts is encapsulated with high-temperature resistant sealant under high pressure, effectively preventing air and moisture from entering. Additionally, the battery top is equipped with an explosion-proof safety valve with precise pressure control, which automatically depressurizes when internal battery pressure abnormally increases, thereby preventing battery swelling, rupture, and ensuring safe usage.
