Multiple upgrades have been achieved in the sealing and encapsulation processes. The housing is made of high-strength ABS engineering plastic, manufactured through a one-shot injection molding process, which exhibits excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, enabling it to withstand extreme environments ranging from -25℃ to 50℃. The interface between the terminal posts and the housing is sealed with high-temperature-resistant sealant under high pressure. Complemented by an explosion-proof safety valve design, this system automatically depressurizes when internal battery pressure abnormally increases, completely eliminating the risk of leakage and preventing corrosion of motorcycle engine compartment components.
