12N6.5-BS is a maintenance-free, flat-plate motorcycle starting battery. Unlike traditional flooded batteries (which require periodic addition of electrolyte), it employs a 'tight assembly' process, where AGM separators are closely bonded to the positive and negative plates, forming a stable 'plate-separator' composite structure. This process ensures that the electrolyte can quickly form ion conduction channels within the pores of the separators, enhancing the battery's charge and discharge efficiency and enabling a faster start-up response. Additionally, the compact structure inhibits the shedding of active materials from the plates, reducing the risk of internal short circuits. Furthermore, the AGM separators can absorb trace gases generated during the battery's charge and discharge processes, allowing for gas recombination through internal catalytic reactions, thereby further minimizing water consumption and truly achieving 'lifetime water-free and maintenance-free'.
