YTX14 BS is a gel-maintenance-free starting battery that employs a 'nano-scale gel formula + precise temperature-controlled preparation' process to construct a stable energy storage carrier. In production, high-purity nano-silica dioxide with particle sizes ranging from 7nm to 40nm is selected as the gel matrix material. It is formulated with a precise ratio of 18-25 parts nano-silica dioxide solution, 28-32 parts sulfuric acid (1.4g/ml), and 0.4-0.6 parts anhydrous sodium sulfate. Subsequently, high-speed mixing and stirring disrupt the three-dimensional structure of the gel, ensuring that the electrolyte viscosity maintains optimal conditions in terms of density and stability. The special structure of the gel electrolyte endows the battery with excellent high and low-temperature performance, with an operating temperature range covering -25℃ to 50℃. Even in ultra-low temperature environments of -30℃, it can still maintain a high large-current discharge capacity, easily solving the starting difficulties in winter.
